Well, i am getting a hamster. But me and my mom are trying to figure out how to adopt. Do you have to sign papers? Do you do it online and pick the hamster up at the shelter? How does it work?

My hamster has a toilet with hamster litter in it too! 80% of the time, he poops in it but I must constantly feed him because if I don’t he will poop in the bowl where I place his food.
