Do baby hamster (10 days to 2 weeks old) need to start drinking water from water bottle? They are eating fresh foods and dried foods already.
Do they need water from water bottle? Or they can still get the fluid supply from mother’s milk?

Hamsters are completely weaned at 3-4 weeks. Until then, they get all the liquid they need from the mother’s milk. Milk is about 80% water, so that provides enough water for the babies. When they’re ready to drink from the water bottle, they’ll probably be able to smell the water and figure it out themselves.
