How can I stop my hamster from using its tube as a toilet?

I keep my hamster in a Rotastak cage, which is connected with plastic tubes.
The thing about this is my hamster likes to use them as a toilet, making me have to clean her cage more often and it’s just disgusting! How can I stop her doing this??
@JR No, I’ll pass on that one.

Okay So What I Would o Is Put All The Poop Into Where You Want Her To Use The Potty And If You keep doing that she will start using that place as a potty.
OR You could buy a hamster potty w/ litter and do the same thing!
    Hope I Helped!

My science teacher taught this to me. She uses a little container (a flat dish of some sort); I used one of those hummus containers. Fill it with kitty litter (any kind), and she will go there to pee all the time. Don’t know how, but it worked with my hamster. Try it! Those hamster litter and potty things never work from the store.

I am not sure what a Rotastak cage is but in my hamster’s cage, I had some tubes. He would always poo in them :[…..To take care of this problem, I disciplined my hamster by blocking off the tubes or taking them away (depending on if i could take them away). This forced him to find a new poo spot, so when I let him have the tubes again, He didn’t poo in them! It worked for me, or else you could move his poo all the time until he starts to use that spot (moving the poo works better for you, in that you get to choose his poo spot.). You could also buy a hamster potty area with the litter and everything. I hope this helps!! =)
