Our hamsters started acting strange 3 weeks ago, & became more & more aggressive, prowling around the house after dark. We woke up one night to our child screaming. We ran into her room & found one of the damn things gnawing on her arm. Now our bedroom doors are locked at night, & we keep pepper spray by our bedside. We can hear the hamsters moving around the house, knocking things over & making those hideous sounds they make when they are angry. We just lie still & pray for daylight.
