hey guys…..I think this is so cute and so funny…..I just have such a grin every I see it….I think it sure must appeal to yng ppl in urban areas who need wheels that are good on gas ….31 mpg!!!!…. and the price is affordable….its a very diff car…..diff is good….hamsters r cute…..kia is marketing to hip yng ppl….kia knows how to get their attention….the song rocks….its all goooood

@raecelestek I’m going to totally retract what I just said. I just noticed the HAMSTERS [not rats] r wearing hoodies that read “Hamstar” on them. There isn’t any negative connotation associated with hamsters. In fact, hamsters r cute. It looks like we were initially psychoanalyzing, indeed. Kia owners don’t want to send a racist message to its audience of different races.
They say “You see what you seek.” Perhaps if you seeks racism in everything..that’s what you’ll see.

I agree with you. If I were black, I’d feel as if the depiction of the “black attitude” along with the rats would indicate some sort of message. I’d take some offense if I were black. I don’t know why they would’ve used rats out of all the animals/creatures in the world. It’s demeaning.

@DaG30rgeeyy49 how did u get that this commercial is COMPARING black people to rats?? its just a commercial where they wanted to use a hip hop song for a the theme music..and they wanted the mannerisms of black people but didnt quit want to exactly use black people..so they used any an animal that would fit the part and look …thats it.. im black and i understood that….you read wayyyy to much into things….
